• Orders will be available for pickup within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Customers must present the Order ID and registered mobile number at the time of pickup.
• Orders will be held for up to 3 days only; after that, they may be cancelled.
• Please check the product at the time of pickup. Complaints after leaving the pickup point may not be accepted.
